So yesterday was a great day my 7 mintue workout that I usually do is 12 exercises that are 30 seconds a piece, well I bumped it up to 45 seconds. Adding the extra 15 seconds to each item works me so hard, but I know it is going to give me the results and engery that I want and need. I also made a very yummy salad with left over meat from different meals, it was pork, chicken and steak. It was filling but then very healthy at the same time.

I also walked 8.59 miles in a little over 2 hours, so the time was slow but I still worked my legs really well. Bonus it was raining, I just find that to be so relaxing.
