So it's been a week since I wrote anything. I have been doing great with eatting healthier, I have relaxed a little bit on working out. I do still try and work out every day but instead of my whole body I just do one or two sections a day. Now that my husband and son are doing football I can only ride my bike on the weekend. I walk 2.5 -4 miles 3 days a week during football practice.

Big news I biked 22+ miles the other day, next goal 25 miles.

So I know it has been a few days. Today started off really slow and super lazy, but I finally got my head in the game and I even found this great app/ webste called NTC (Nike Trainer Club). I have been doing good eatting better, but Jeremy made these very yummy peanut butter rice crispy treat with peanut butter, masrhmellows and reduced sugar lemon frosting; not very healthy at all. I know but omg so good! Yesterday I had a really good lunch rice and brisket tacos with no cheese. :)

So yesterday was a great day my 7 mintue workout that I usually do is 12 exercises that are 30 seconds a piece, well I bumped it up to 45 seconds. Adding the extra 15 seconds to each item works me so hard, but I know it is going to give me the results and engery that I want and need. I also made a very yummy salad with left over meat from different meals, it was pork, chicken and steak. It was filling but then very healthy at the same time.

I also walked 8.59 miles in a little over 2 hours, so the time was slow but I still worked my legs really well. Bonus it was raining, I just find that to be so relaxing.

This was a great weekend. Saturday I did a 10 mile ride at 4am, it was so nice out but at this time I had no light on my bike at all so was very hard to see where I was going. Then later that day I did my regular 7 mintue work and weight lifting. Then later that night at 10:45pm my dad joined me for a ride and at this point my dad got me lights, and we did a pretty hilly 20 mile ride. This the LONGEST ride I have ever done and need to contiune going longer. Then Sunday I once again did my regular workout, then did a pretty rough hike that was 6.4 miles, but seemed so much longer. That hike really worked my inner thighs which made me very happy.

I also found that Wendy's have really good salads and so does Salt Grass in Dallas, they have a very yummy steak salad.

* I think that is going to be a new goal is whenever I am biking as long as I don't have the kids with me I need to try and go at least 15 miles each time.

So this morning I rode 10 miles at 4 in the morning, it was great because it wasn't hot yet outside. I also have a full 7 mintue workout that I have been doing for 13 days; it is made up of 12 excerises that you do for 30 seconds a piece with 10 seconds of cool down time. I am happy to say that I am bumping it up to 45 seconds each on Monday. I also did two 12 mintue inner tigh workout. They were rough! Pluse of course I did my weight for my arms.
