So it's been a week since I wrote anything. I have been doing great with eatting healthier, I have relaxed a little bit on working out. I do still try and work out every day but instead of my whole body I just do one or two sections a day. Now that my husband and son are doing football I can only ride my bike on the weekend. I walk 2.5 -4 miles 3 days a week during football practice.

Big news I biked 22+ miles the other day, next goal 25 miles.
